Re: Barry M Sequin Nails
The glitters need to be alot smaller don't they? Far to bit for what type of polish they want to create.
Re: Barry M Sequin Nails
Yes, the glitter needs to be smaller. Also it doesn't actually look much like glitter at all, the pieces look dull and flat rather then like sparkly sequins which I assume was the effect they were trying to create.

Yes, I think if the glitter was much much smaller there would be a potential for it to work. It's the formula though too, I quite like the textured stuff, but this is a lot gloooopier and doesn't really go on nicely.

I think they just wanted to jump onto the bandwagon didn't they?

Yes, but unfortunately this time they've failed.shoppingaddict wrote:I think they just wanted to jump onto the bandwagon didn't they?

Yeah. Although I think with the confetti ones they are going to be a bit late to the party, as those Invogue ones have already been out a month already and they look to be very similar colours.
Re: Barry M Sequin Nails
Urgh those confetti ones are horrible. They look like fur on a nail. Makes my skin crawl!
Re: Barry M Sequin Nails
Definitely not buying them now, thanks for the honest review and piccies

I'm definitely going to give these a miss now, but they still aren't in store in either Superdrug or Boots yet.

I am glad I have saved everyone else some money even though I now have three ugerleeeeee polishes I probably won't use again I might give the white another go, but the others can naff off.
Re: Barry M Sequin Nails
I dunno, the pink one could be quite versatile for challenges... puke manicure... manicure that looks like when kids in your primary school threw wet wads of pink toilet paper up at the ceiling... (Sorry Barry M and anyone who likes it! To be fair I feel similarly about my Nails Inc Sweets Way polish!)Princess Sossidge wrote: I am glad I have saved everyone else some money even though I now have three ugerleeeeee polishes I probably won't use again I might give the white another go, but the others can naff off.
Re: Barry M Sequin Nails
I just ended up getting the white one as I had some superdrug points to use up. I liked the colour and that I was able to get lots of sequins on the nail without fishing for them. However, it ended up being too thick and they ended up peeling off in a big sticky lump after a day or so. Maybe going over a white base would be better.
