The Models Own bottle shop is FAB ! Lovely, friendly helpful ladies working there.
The Kiko shop .... dreadful. The layout, but most especially the staff - just horrible.
I've been there so many times, but have walked out empty handed on so many occasions - I don't like buying from places that tell you off or makes you wait for 10 minutes to pay whilst they are busy talking to each other. I'm not the type of person to remain silent and not say anything

A shop that tells you off! they certainly wouldn't get my money, I know retail is hard work and some customers can be awful but that isn't a reason to treat all of them badly. How snooty! I don't blame you for walking out, places don't get lots of chances to treat me badly either.
