Gorgeous pics fellrunner - I want to want this one, but I'm not feeling the sparkle; my initial thought on this one was that the base looked a little thick to allow the glitters to shine through properly, am I wrong? I'd really appreciate your advice on the sparkle please as I love the colour

Thank you Loola; most of the sparkle is holo microglitter and it catches the sun really nicely. There are just a few bigger glitters (although compared to most glitter we're seeing now they're not that big) and these twinkle through very prettily. The base is quite sheer. And the colour is gorgeous - I've got quite a lot of teals and I'd say this is outstanding. I probably like it better than Aqua Lily, if you have that one to compare.

I love that colour fell runner. The subtle glitter is lovely.

I also love your new nail shape, they look perfect.

Lagoon looks gorgeous!  Another one for my wanted list.  There are a few picture polish that I want (Hope and Monroe especially) but they're a bit pricey for me atm.

Today I'm wearing A England Briarwood, which I absolutely love, but find it a little bit too thick on application.  And I got bubbles, which hardly ever happens, grrr!

Added ELF Fairy Dust and a coat of Seche to the colour changing 170. Its fab!
The 170 is a week old today and still looking pretty OK, not sure if I can stand another day but I shall try & leave it to get a picture in daylight.

I'm testing out the Vinylux topcoat over normal polish (Cirque Planet Caravan) but I'M BORED OF IT ALREADY, ARRRGGHHHH!

Just put on Zoya Logan  It's green,gorgeous and has the same name as my favourite XMan   It also looks nicer than most on line swatches I looked at.

I couldn't sleep so just redid my nails with Sally Hansen Fairy Teal. First SH I've tried, really pleased with it. Even better it only cost me £1.49 from Fragrance Direct.

I've slagged them off the mirrorballs a fair bit because there just isn't enough glitter and you need loads of coats to get a decent amount of sparkle. However... the technique geordie linked to in her blog post is a fabulous idea - definitely getting some sponges next time I'm in poundland

I've slagged them off as well lol, the Mirrorballs have too much base and not enough glitter, and their dense glitters peel off.
