a couple of people on MSE have been told they are only getting a few of the ones they ordered.
I wont be happy if they only send me 2 or 3 and still charge £4.95 postage, not such a bargain then.
The only reason i ordered so many was because of their high postage charge Sad

Friday afternoon, but if you look at my previous message it's more likely it was cancelled because I didn't use my billing address for delivery on the first order. Sad

Hi,
This is my first post so be gentle with me please! I was one of the mse posters (different user name) who's phoned Sally's this morning. The very nice lady told me that 900+ orders had been placed and that few would get anything at all. They are planning to issue an apology 'one time use' code and have said that if I ring them on Wednesday then they'll refund the postage (whether all or part I'm not sure, the poor girl was clearly under pressure and I didn't want to hold her up for too long). I'll not be deterred from using them again but they seem to have very little in the way of colour polishes. I was hoping to find OPI and Essie at least on their site.
Incidentally I'm not just here for the bargains, I'm reigniting my nail polish passion, I've recently started following a few blogs and my polish collection is expanding fairly rapidly!

Well I called them and apparently a lot of the orders are being cancelled because they simply don't have the stock. None of the cheaper colours are on the website anymore. Sad

I ordered around 2.30pm Saturday. I have had no email from them and on the website it just says 'Your order has been received' and a long list of all the ones i ordered.
Dont think i'll be getting any, bit pee'd off to be honest that they havent got any sort of stock control on their website Crying or Very sad

Bit rediclous a company of their size doesnt have stock control on their site. What did they expect when they reduced polishes to so cheap with a 3 for 2 offer?

I would rather pay the proper price and have a personal, reliable and friendly service than pay bargain prices like Sallys but be let down with no information other than whats being passed through various forums Razz

Mine is blank under status, not cancelled but not dispatched either. My order was received Friday 20.29pm I only ordered the £1.28 polishes I will be disappointed if I don't get them, seems daft they have no stock level controls. I have a feeling they wont send the free polish if that makes sense because a lot of those polishes have been cheap on the website for a while, probably claim the discount shouldn't have applied to bottles of that price. I would happily pay the other £6 for the colours I got free. If I don't get my order I will probably stop using the site, it's not like they have the whole range or other brands I like.
