Called the sales team today because mine was still blank, mine was dispatched yesterday with some on back order. Should arrive today via ups. The back order value is £6.40 so that would be 5 polishes just a waiting game to see what arrives today as I could only receive 5 polishes and none of my free ones or I could get all my free ones plus the 5 paid for ones. Will keep you guys updated- when I have had back order in the past I haven't had to pay more delivery so that is good, apparently someone monitors it everyday so it they can't fulfill my order they will contact me to advise/refund.

In the FB forums people re reporting various degrees of helpfulness nd conflicting answers to questions when they call.
Someone has been told they have dispatched just two and will TRY and get the rest but as some are discontinued they may not be able to and then they will get a refund of the rest.
I've emailed and said I want them to contact me BEFORE they dispatch as I don't want to pay full postage for only a few polishes.

Right I called, out of the 19, 11 have been dispatched with the others on back order. Was dispatched yesterday with UPS. Annoyingly the one half an hour away.....

Ive just had an email apologising that they have been overwhelmed with orders and are unable to fulfill them all and offering 20% off all online products subject to t&c's.
When I logged into my account it says order cancelled Sad

Even with a 20% discount plus 3 for 2 on China Glaze it still works out at £15.30 for three polishes including delivery when I had previously ordered 6 polishes for £9.87. It hardly compares.........

I received 6 today, all the hunger games one so waiting for the electro pop collection. I have 9 on back order, my receipt states £11.15 paid so I need to check what they have charged my card, if they can't fulfill the rest of my order technically 2 of my order should have been free. Will just have to wait and see what happens with the rest and chase if necessary. I am still happy with 6 for £11.15 but not holding my breath for the others, my status hasn't changed on the website so it hasn't been cancelled yet.
