Nail Craze rip off
Just read online that someone has stolen her designs completely and had their own plates made up to sell on aliexpress and ebay, how disgusting is that!
They have removed her logo and passed them on completely. I can imagine being inspired by but to completely steal her work just to profit is so low.

Re: Nail Craze rip off
Just saw something about this on FB, is she an indie seller? I know nothing about stamping plates...
Re: Nail Craze rip off
Kind of, she has her own blog and developed the stamping plates a while ago. She sells them through Esty, I have all 4 plates, really lovely unique images. Her prices are very reasonable, very cruel to rip her off as she is a lone trader doing it for love of nails rather than profit.

These individual sellers just can't afford patents, and I agree it's an awful thing to do. I've been wanting plate number one which is OOS but no way would I buy from a pirate.

Problem is unless you read her blog or had her on Facebook you genuinely wouldn't know they are her plates. Innocent people are being conned also. I haven't seen a listing of the fakes but I doubt they are that cheap to justify ripping off an artist, I doubt they are aware.

I hadn't thought of that Jasmina, but you're spot on.

I agree it's awful to rip off her designs, she's obviously worked hard on those and has done really well. But, then I wonder whether I'm being a bit hypocritical. I've bought konad dupes from Born Pretty. Apart from trying to justify it to myself by saying Konad are a big company and can afford to lose a bit of business, what's the difference?

Forgot to update- her Facebook page mentions she managed to get them withdrawn from sell on aliexpress and eBay. Hope it doesn't happen to her again.
