If they are gonna start getting the collections in this quick, I will hold off buying the ones I want from boots! I couldn't wait to get my hands on avenue maintain ( blue one:) ) when it came out, wish I'd have waited now!

Another one here who loves bikini so teeny.........until I put a topcoat on!!! It then goes darker and is streaky looking. Has anyone else had this problem?

Re: Essie spring collection £1.99
Thanks jasmina , I have tried topcoat and then another coat of bikini, which was fine, but you've just made me wonder if a matte topcoat before the seche vite would work hhmmm I might try it tonight and I'll report back in case anyone else has had this problem.

Finally! I thought it must be my Insta-Dri getting old. I searched all the blogs and found nothing.
When I was removing it the top coat came off as a pink layer and the original Bikini So Teeny colour came back. Weird.

Re: Essie spring collection £1.99
Thanks for the swatches. But they have made me really really want Essie Beyond Cozy rather than the new collection!
I don't really like gold and this is described as silvery gold but I still want it!

Re: Essie spring collection £1.99
Thanks for pointing this out! Just purchased a few essies over the weekend so I'm fighting with myself to see whether I should get some more...
Re: Essie spring collection £1.99
Might be just me, but I've always found with Essies that in the bottle they are very 'meh' but on the nails they are amazing. I've had a few shades which I've bought only because they were cheap and then worn and loved them.
Resisting though, spent far too much on a T Shirt earlier

Re: Essie spring collection £1.99
I think their bottles are just a bit meh, I guess that's the problem. I can honestly say I've never looked at a bottle of Essie and thought "I have to have it!". And yet OPI, when I spotted them in John Lewis, I bought two bottles for £11 each, even though I knew I could get them for an absolute maximum of £8 online... Those bottles are just too darn sexy.
Re: Essie spring collection £1.99
I know where you're coming from with the OPIs Sam, and the bright lights in the shops make those colours sparkle so much that they almost jump into your hands
I like the clean look of the Essie bottles though and love the fattie rounded brushes. I've had a couple recently with skinny brushes and have been quite disappointed with those.
