Finally! I thought it must be my Insta-Dri getting old. I searched all the blogs and found nothing.

Well I tries the matte topcoat, which didn't make any difference, but you don't know if you don't try, so thanks Jasmina, but im still streaky lol
And hurrah that someone else has this problem, I also searched all the blogs lol so thought it was just me! Its certainly an odd one!

I agree about the Essies looking crap in the bottle, I have 2 and they're so "meh" but when I wear them I love them.
