What's On Your Mind?

My mum is always in and out of hospital too. All so far just fatty lumps of a type. She has to be careful though as it does run in our family.

Try not to worry babs

Been at the hospital with Mum today and after another mammogram, an ultrasound scan and an examination she has been given the all clear. It's such a relief - I'll be able to sleep properly tonight.   

And to top off my day I finally managed to get hold of some Chai Latte for my Tassimo from Tesco on special offer.

I've never tried chai latte, is it like milky tea?

Thanks ladies. My heart goes out to all the poor women who didn't get such good news today though.

Yeah, it's spiced black tea (usually with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamon) and steamed milk. I hate normal tea when it's milky - it makes me gag - but I love chai latte and I add extra cinnamon syrup to mine.   I guess it may be an acquired taste though.

Hmm not sure chai latte's for me in that case, I'm not a fan of cinnamon. Think I'll stick to the coffee. Quite like the Suchard hot choc tassimo discs as well though.

Just caught up with Friday night's Graham Norton show. My oh my. Michael Fassbender, Hugh Jackman and James McAvoy. Whimper.

Think I'll keep that one on the Sky + box for a while

I'll take Hugh Jackman ,you can have the other two It was worth watching though. My eldest text us from the party she was at to say her friends mum would be coming out to pick them up 'Once Graham Norton has finished'...

Feeling sorry for myself - I have a respiratory viral infection which has exacerbated my asthma.   I am so out of breath all the time.

Oh I hate days like that Baba I'm sure the clothes change shape in the wardrobe when you're not looking. I hope you found something you were happy in eventually, and I'm sure you look lovely
