TK Maxx hauling today, was rather naughty and swapped polishes in the boxes around as I liked two in each box...

Went bowling though and bashed my little fingernail really badly. About six hours later and it is still really sore. Means I can't try any of my newbies! Sad

Ooh those shop pictures are annoying - the labels are so big you can't really see the colours without selecting them to click on another picture. Frankly life is too short!

Yeah HanSpan, I thought that! If it hadn't been that it is who it is, I wouldn't have bothered clicking on them all to have a look.

I went for Ginger Tom and Kitty Glitter (I think?). They're both pretty unlike anything in my collection. I liked some of the glitters in coloured bases, but I've got some like that and I just don't wear them - I thought See You At The Rainbow Bridge was really pretty.

I went to TKMax earlier and only came out having bought Orly It's a Meteor - my first Orly! I thought only one polish was pretty good going seens as they opi's and colour club polishes, but the colours were boring :/

I went to TKMaxx and the three packs of deborah lippmans were reduced to £8. There was one pack with three & two packs with two so I may have taken one from the three and put it in one of the twos.
so I now have: Hit me with your best shot; Across the universe and Lady sings the blues.

All swatched and I have to say Lady sings the blues is hopelessly thin. 4 coats and still a bit see through. I'm glad I didn't pay all that much!

maybe you have to "charge" them first... paint your nails and then put them close to a light for a few minutes and then they should work Very Happy

They were a Groupon style offer, no actual brand (but W7 shape bottles) and they took nearly three weeks to get here. I suppose that's what I get for buying cheap.

There were a whole load of Revlon Chroma Chamelons in my Poundland so I snagged Pink Quartz and Tanzanite to try. After I've swatched them this morning I might make full use of my day off and walk down to buy the whole range..... or maybe just another one Laughing

Hope they're still there if you do go back! If the poundshop has something good, I always snag it straight away as there's no guarantee it'll ever be seen again Smile

I got aquamarine, tanzanite, topaz and amethyst - left the other two as they're really not me!

I did get some nice Poundland own brand polishes though. And in Boots I bought some Barry Ms on 3 for 2 - Lady, Princess and Crystal Glaze; and Sinful Colors Pinky Glitter.

While I was at the till I saw what looked like a gorgeous blue/green flakie by No7, but I never got to look at it properly in case the guy serving thought I wanted to buy it and I only had the money to get the ones I bought. Razz

I had a quick look in the rest of the shop but couldn't find it.

I ordered Marks & Spencer's Limited Collection Wanderlust polish and Special Effects polish in Mauve Mix and Pink Mix online. I got all three for £5.60 including delivery which I thought was a bargain! Very Happy
