Now I want that gold holo from day 19 gah I have 8 more polishes on the way and seriously lemming the color club holo hues 2013 collection. I knew my collection would be at 500 by March (I don't count frankens in that number either)

Thanks ninjajane Smile Erm...no there's a strict schedule for this challenge...I just haven't kept up with it lol. Sometimes people post on their blogs when they're hosting a challenge, or the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] groups on Facebook always have challenges and various things going on - some long, some short, all different themes, so you're bound to find something that suits you Smile

Jasmina, you're quite right in not counting frankens! I don't count minis, crackles or magnetics, because they're kept in a different box. Makes perfect sense to me... That's the Layla gold...it is rather fantastic... I'm trying my hardest to only have one holographic polish of each colour, but we'll see how long that lasts...

Hmmm if I discounted my stash th way you do my number is far more reasonable, then when it gets too high a "mini" could be any polish under 15ml ha ha

Yeah every day's a bit of a killer lol, but there's lots that are just one or two a week. The first challenge I ever did was one a week for four weeks so that was quite nice Smile

There's also this group for stamping - they do one stamping challenge every sunday: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I've been neglecting this thread again...posting on the blog, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest AND here is just too much for me to keep track of lol. Here's a selection of posts from the last 2 months.

I fell a little bit in love with this dotty manicure.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

First go at plaid nails - love Barry M Berry Ice Cream!

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

My taping is getting a little better - still room for improvement, but at least the colour combination's pretty.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Swatch of OPI Lights of Emerald City for anyone who's interested. Very pretty glitter, but the squares are a bit of a pain to get out.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The product I was reviewing was useless, but I looooove the other nails! I want to wear them all the time...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Some pretty pastel pearly nails.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Tried out a few polishes from Viva La Nails. I don't mean to be an enabler, but you should definitely check these out...amazing formulas.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

A few little water decals.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

And last but not least! I posted a comparison of some different nail art pens.

The two I tried were fab, so I'd expect the rest of the collection is just as good Smile I was seriously impressed with the quality for the price.

I should use water decals more often. I've got loads there and they can make a really basic manicure look so much better in minutes. And I find them far easier to use than stickers (apart from the YRNails water decals, but that's another story!).

Yeah, Princess Sossidge has posted lots of the YRNails decals, she seems to have got on okay with them, but I did not lol. They're much thicker than a normal water decal, so you have to use warm water for them to be flexible enough to curve with your nail, but if the water's too warm then they tear. And you're supposed to dab off the excess water, but this smudges the design. I had a complete and utter nightmare trying to use them.

Mmm I might avoid them as I have the patience of a gnat and a seriously bad temper when it all goes wrong;)

Typical I read this after I bid for some earlier today. Thanks for the tips about the warm water, will have to have a little play around.
I haven't used Water decals since I was at school! There are some beautiful ones out there.

I've tried other full nail water decals which were great - I got a set of 30 designs for £7 or something silly like that of ebay a little while ago. The Born Pretty Store ones I've tried are good as well. They're all thin enough that you don't get creases and if you get it on your skin you can just peel it off once it's dry - super easy and perfect for lazy people like me lol.

Might do an order from there soon then, free shipping and the 10% codes are very tempting. The shop puts me off though because you browse for ages and ages, too much choice. I theoretically spend a fortune there then remember I have unused gems, glitters, stripping tape etc in my drawer.

I know what you mean, there's SO much stuff on there, and I don't think the layout's the easiest to use. The lady who contacts me about reviewing products has started sending me a list of things to choose from rather than just choosing anything from the website, which I'm very grateful for lol, saves me a lot of time! They have loads of stamping plates as well Smile
