These are the nails (and face) I wore for a Halloween party last night!

I can't even manage nail sized pictures freehand - stickers etc are my friends!
Love the mani and the face.

Re: Polished Art
My sister did pumpkins on her girlfriends nails. The faces are all detailed and look perfect. Sadly the dimwit used bright red polish instead of orange so her pumpkins look more like freaky tomatoes

Re: Polished Art
Well freaky tomatoes are perhaps scarier than pumpkins...
Today I have the beautiful A-England Lady of the Lake that I won in a giveaway a little while ago

Rather loving the fashion one, not a colour combo I'd ever consider putting together but it looks fabulous!
Re: Polished Art
Thanks both
The latest 31 day challenge prompt was inspired by a flag, so I went for some Union Flag french tips

Re: Polished Art
Yeah, I just painted the outline on fairly thickly, and then used a brush with a little acetone on to sort of drag the colour in towards the centre

You're clever.
I'm pretty sure if I'd tried that it would look like ink blots rather than flowers! Still I quite like ink blots - maybe I should be braver.

So cute!
I watched a video once of someone painting with acetone and the effects were lovely.

Re: Polished Art
I FINALLY got round to posting again. I really don't know why I've been so rubbish lately. I've got quite a few things waiting to be posted as well but I come home and put my laptop on and just cannot be bothered...
Anyhoo, today it's a review of some dried flowers from Born Pretty Store (free things, yay!).

Re: Polished Art
I've just posted a leopard print tutorial for anyone that's interested! I know it's a fairly commonly done design that probably doesn't need a tutorial, but I know my mum will use it at least!
