I saw a quick pic of the on Facebook and though someone had done a cotton wool manicure! So I suppose they've pulled off a convincing "effect" of some sort but whether it looks good or not...

ah no not me. I saw it on FB - worse thing is someone commented that the others were meh but they would buy the snow one. I thought I might have been in a minority thinking it was shite. I'm glad i'm not and taste lives on this board Smile
