Re: Late Night Club
Sorry polishedpurple, I've only just seen this. The Rescue Remedy Night Liquid Melts are OK, but I still don't sleep well when I take them. They're worth a try though.polishedpurple wrote:Sorry for posting outside special hours :-) but do the rescue melts work?Babafette wrote:I've tried a few of the natural sleeping remedies such as Nytol and Kalms and they didn't really work for me. I usually use Rescue Remedy Night Liquid Melts or melatonin tablets, but I don't think melatonin is available in the UK.

Slightly related, Kalms makes my arms go numb. I do fall asleep, but I have to lie there with numb arms for twenty minutes first!

I've been waking up on and off with pins and needles in my hands at night for the last few months.

I'm here but hopefully not for long! I'm all sleepy. I've worked 4 days in a row (just short hours) and I'm proud but tireddddddd ^_^

Well done Laura! Hopefully we'll be going to our local pub quiz on Monday night. I doubt we'll win though, there's usually about a hundred people playing.Laura wrote:I was at my boyfriend's house... playing... Scrabble...

I never understand how pub quizes work these days, with everyone having access to google on their phones. At least one person must cheat every time, surely?

Last time I went to our pub quiz, the entire first round was about characters from 'Allo 'Allo. Coincidentally (or not perhaps?!?) one of the teams was called Listen very carefully, I shall say 'zis only once................

Re: Late Night Club
We had a funny coincidence last night with team names, my team was called "my horse is getting tired!" and there was another team called "Boris and Doris", both from the film True Lies

I don't think I'll be able to sleep either. Bloody neighbourhood dispute going round in my head.

Re: Late Night Club
It's quiet in here at night these days.
I'm working at the moment and trying to decide what colour to paint my nails. I haven't worn polish for at least six weeks now.
