Sorry polishedpurple, I've only just seen this. The Rescue Remedy Night Liquid Melts are OK, but I still don't sleep well when I take them. They're worth a try though.

Slightly related, Kalms makes my arms go numb. I do fall asleep, but I have to lie there with numb arms for twenty minutes first!

I've been waking up on and off with pins and needles in my hands at night for the last few months.

Well done Laura! Hopefully we'll be going to our local pub quiz on Monday night. I doubt we'll win though, there's usually about a hundred people playing.

Wow impressive, we normally only have about 6 teams!

I never understand how pub quizes work these days, with everyone having access to google on their phones. At least one person must cheat every time, surely?

I do always wonder about that.

Last time I went to our pub quiz, the entire first round was about characters from 'Allo 'Allo. Coincidentally (or not perhaps?!?) one of the teams was called Listen very carefully, I shall say 'zis only once................

I can't sleep because it's too cold and my stomach hurts

I don't think I'll be able to sleep either. Bloody neighbourhood dispute going round in my head.  

It's quiet in here at night these days.  

I'm working at the moment and trying to decide what colour to paint my nails. I haven't worn polish for at least six weeks now.

They ask a bloody lot from you don't they?! I'm going to apply for a 10hr admin job at the place I'm volunteering and am freshly reminded of the stress of application forms lol.

I'll be knocking around quite late/early hours tonight just in case anyone else is around!
