Processed through USPS Sort Facility in Chicago, IL 6006 at 1.19pm on March 14.

It's left the US then!

electronic shipping info received 10th March?? no updates. So bored of this these better be out of the world polishes.

I'm also waiting for an ebay purchase from Essex that I bought last Friday... still not despatch notice from them, they won't be getting a decent rating. Yet I got a electronic shipping label thing from Canada on Monday and the parcel arrived yesterday - so there is no reason for massive delays, I'm on the war path

Bloody hell! That's not on ninja! I got a shipping notification and it got picked up 3 days later. Nearly 5 is taking the micky!

is that their fault or the postal service you think? who do I kick off to?

Well hers for not taking it to the post office I would imagine?!

I emailed her, no response. No update on the tracking notice either. Thats a week. So have requested a refund via paypal.

I never had a response to my message either. It's a month today since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived.

At least yours are on route, you might get them soon! Mine have not moved and I ordered a month ago.

I can appreciate she's a 1 man band and this may be her hobby - but at the same time if she's running a business she needs to reply to messages and take items to the post office.

Edit - she printed the shipping label a week ago - and its still not been dispatched. I've had a bad day and am not in the best of moods so I've logged it with paypal. If the parcel would have been dispatched and been in transit I would have waited. But a week, and its not even with USPS yet? thats a piss take.

Bummer, so what does it say on your tracking then? Mine was last updated on 14th March. Still no sign of the parcel today.

That's ridiculous, how can she not have shipped it yet? It's made even worse by the fact that she hasn't responded to your messages. I wonder whether she will reply now that you have requested a refund from PayPal?

Hello Everyone! As many of you have heard, I have re-injured my back and there is a very likely chance that I may require surgery to fully recover. My doctors had me on bed rest for a while, but I am now cleared for light duty. I am working diligently to catch up on orders. I have put my shop on vacation mode until I am back to full health. now I feel bad. BUT she printed my shipping label at the same time as Babafette's...so still no reason for the delay and it doesn't explain the delays people had in Jan. I know that sounds harsh and I do hope she is okay but I won't be buying back from there again.

My Glitzology parcel just arrived!! (yeah, 3.45 pm - that's Royal Mail cost cutting for you! ) Despite the delay, the polishes really are lush.

I hope you get a response from her soon ninjajane.

I got a refund! so they never left her place and considering I placed my order around the same time as yours it is odd. glad you got yours though! post some pics!

I'm glad you got a refund ninjajane, although it must be disappointing. Did she make contact with you or did PayPal just refund with no issues?

I'll try and post a photo of all my latest purchases tomorrow as the light is getting a bit dim now.

Gosh, glad up got your money back but awful on her.
Could understand if yours didn't have the same shipping date as another member.
I won't order again, as much as I love the polishes I received I don't feel they are that unique compared to other indies. I have been able to make my own glitter bombs and it's working out cheaper for me.
